Former Senator Gilda Jacobs is now President & CEO of the Lansing-based Michigan League for
Human Services, a statewide citizens non-profit organization dedicated to education, research and
advocacy for the benefit of low income and other
vulnerable citizens in Michigan.  The organization has just released its annual Kids Count in
Michigan, a survey of how children are faring in our state.

Bloomfield Township Clerk
Jan Roncelli recently achieved the designation of Master Municipal Clerk
which is awarded by the International Institute of Municipal Clerks, Inc.  Jan completed 60 hours of
advanced education and 40 hours of a combination of community involvement and additional
advanced education to attain this designation.

Anne Doyle, Auburn Hills City Councilmember, has just published her book,
Powering Up: How America's Women Achievers Became Leaders.  She launched
the book at a luncheon sponsored by Inforum on Thursday, March 3, at the Hyatt
Regency Dearborn.
